Piedmont Concrete Group was founded in 2018 by Oscar Hernandez. With a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, the 10+ years spent working in this profession has taught him valuable knowledge in the construction industry as a whole.
We offer both commercial and heavy civil construction services. The most important part of our process are the customers! We provide exceptional services and value our communities.
